Trio of Cakes

I was looking at the photos of cakes I made this year and I have to say this is one of my favorites.  I love that it's a trio of cakes on pedestals and that they are decorated with blue and yellow gumpaste freesias -- simple yet so sweet and pretty! 

Once in a while, I get special requests from brides and for this one, it was "funfetti" cake!  She said it was their favorite and would love to have that for their wedding cake.  I thought it was another great way to show their personality in the cake.  So I made my Classic Vanilla Cake with confetti sprinkles and it was deliciously fun!
